Taisiya Bondar about professional growth and business development during the war
I am the co-owner and director of Clarity Ukraine. My professional journey began in 2005 when I started working as a junior consultant for the implementation of an ERP system. Since then, my entire career has been related to ERP, especially the wonderful MS Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly known as MS Dynamics NAV). During this time, I have played various roles in implementation projects: I was a consultant, a project manager, and an architect. I was also responsible for developing the project methodology.
I am particularly proud to have been directly involved in training talented NAV/BC professionals in the Ukrainian market, who started working in my teams as students and have already achieved significant success in their careers.
Implementation projects are an area of continuous development. Large and medium-sized projects, clients from various industries, and communication with professionals who are employees of our clients motivate us to develop and maintain the level of quality of services that we can be proud of.
Being a company director is a great responsibility. In my case, as we are a Ukrainian company, there is the added challenge of managing a fast-growing business in a country at war. Thanks to perseverance, teamwork, and the product we focus on, we managed to triple in size in 2 years, sign contracts with powerful Ukrainian companies, and start projects with several international companies. Today, Clarity Ukraine is the only MS Dynamics 365 Business Central Competence Center in Ukraine. So, we are moving forward without slowing down.
