Artificial Intelligence and Copilot Assistant
The April release of Business Central marks the expansion of Copilot capabilities, previously introduced in a limited functionality (for generating marketing descriptions for product cards).
Here are the expected new features of the Copilot AI integration in Business Central
– Users will be able to interact with Copilot via chat to find information, ask for advice, or get instructions on how to use Business Central.
– Copilot will help automate workflows by providing tips and tricks when creating Power Automate workflows.
– Copilot helps you match electronic documents to the appropriate purchase order lines, saving time and minimizing errors.
– Copilot provides tips and tricks to help you create sales lines in the system quickly and accurately.
– Advanced users (administrators) will be able to customize and extend Copilot’s functionality to meet the needs of their business.
– Copilot will automatically generate analysis tabs based on data, allowing users to gain business insights faster.
– Copilot will help users complete and update product information in the system more quickly.
– Users will be able to contact Copilot with questions about specific fields in Business Central and receive explanations and instructions.
These features demonstrate how Copilot integrates AI capabilities into Business Central to increase user efficiency and automate routine tasks.
We would also like to point out a few features that improve the usability of the system:
– You can now easily add multiple files at once using the drag-and-drop feature. This allows you to add the necessary documents and images to your records more quickly.
– If you encounter an error while working, Business Central automatically takes you to the page with the field that caused the error. This helps you quickly locate and fix the problem.
– You can now view and edit your work pages directly from your mobile phone, giving you more flexibility and mobility.
– If you encounter a complex error, you can now easily share the error details with another user to get help. This allows for better collaboration and problem-solving.
