Today we will talk with the founders of Clarity Ukraine about the demand for ERP consultants and business analysts among young professionals and graduates. We asked Vitaly Kurdyumov and Taisiia Bondar to share their vision of the growing interest among young people:
“We are happy to see quite a high demand for this interesting and prestigious profession, as we chose it as our life’s work many years ago. The need for IT solutions specialists is growing as companies seek to become more efficient and less dependent on the human factor.
Trends
At a recent conference for Dynamics’ European partners, we felt and saw a steady global trend toward engaging young people in our professional community. This is in line with our vision. We have been approached by many potential customers and are determined to grow our team. Especially thanks to young professionals. Also, this year Clarity Ukraine became a member of the rating of Ukrainian employers open to talents under 25. Every year Stud-Point awards 25 Ukrainian companies that cooperate with young people: organize educational events, participate in career events, and invite them to internships and jobs. The goal of the award is to promote the development of the employer brand and to motivate companies to communicate even more with young talents and to attract them to the best team.

Growing criteria
Our customers are companies that are leaders in their industries, they choose a modern ERP system and expect the highest level of service in its implementation. Therefore, we have a corresponding projection on our team – they must be the best experts in all respects. When it comes to young people, we get talented girls and boys. As a rule, they graduate from schools and universities with the highest grades, have a proactive and ambitious character, and can concentrate and be team players at the same time. Our employees have good communication skills, a good level of English, etc. And we are happy to hire such future stars.
However, our experience shows that while the Ukrainian education system provides thorough knowledge for those who want it, no university or course prepares ERP specialists. Therefore, we have developed a special accelerated training program so that those who want to enter this field can master the profession quickly and efficiently. Of course, to start on this path, you need to have certain knowledge and skills and pass a thorough selection and testing.
Company processes
We want everyone on our team to feel a sense of purpose and professional development. That’s why we have well-established HR processes: onboarding, mentoring, grading, an evaluation system, and feedback sessions at all levels. We have set ourselves ambitious goals to double our team of consultants over the next year. That is why we are preparing for qualitative and quantitative growth, automating HR processes, and giving more care and attention to our Clarity teammates.
