Clarity Ukraine has been granted the status of a taxpayer with a high level of voluntary tax compliance and has been included in the official register maintained by the State Tax Service of Ukraine. This recognition confirms the Company’s transparency, integrity, and responsible approach to fulfilling its financial obligations to the state.
On a quarterly basis, the State Tax Service of Ukraine compiles and publishes the Register of Taxpayers with a High Level of Voluntary Tax Compliance on its official web portal. The register includes companies that meet a clearly defined set of criteria and requirements, demonstrating strong tax discipline, business transparency, and responsible corporate conduct.
To qualify for inclusion, a company must satisfy a comprehensive range of requirements established by the Tax Code of Ukraine. These include, among others: timely submission of all mandatory tax reports, absence of “high-risk VAT taxpayer” status, no outstanding tax or social security contribution liabilities, no violations of statutory settlement deadlines for export and import transactions, no sanctions imposed on the company, its founders, or beneficial owners, no bankruptcy or liquidation proceedings, and no affiliation of the company, its owners, or beneficial owners with an aggressor state.
In addition to the above requirements, a Diia City resident company must meet a specific tax performance criterion: its tax contribution ratio to the consolidated state budget must be equal to or higher than the average tax contribution ratio of Diia City residents.
