We began working with Queue Associates last year and have been involved in custom development and add-on functionality beyond the standard Business Central functionality for a company that designs and manufactures submersible pumps and mixers, as well as accessories needed for their installation.
As part of the ERP development outsourcing, we performed a number of consolidation and automation tasks: report development, various labels, modification of existing customer reports, integration of the Business Central ERP system with the MITEC pipe testing system, from the stage of receiving and processing information to uploading the results to OneDrive.
Looking for a contractor to perform development work in the already implemented Business Central system, we were approached by the DILA network of high-tech laboratories. More than 200 branches of the network operate in Ukraine, serving thousands of patients every day.
For almost a year of cooperation, our development team has been involved in a Business Central development and automation of business processes and functions in the company:

Integration between Business Central and Vchasno.Kasa Payment Transaction Recorder (PTR). As part of this integration, data is exchanged in the form of such transactions as cash deposits, collections, sales and returns receipts, shift opening, X and Z reports.

Automate the creation of orders with the necessary data in the system using QR code recognition.

Modernization of the discounts and coupons functionality.

“Partner offers” functionality: the possibility for partners to receive discounts and purchase certificates using bonus points. The development was comprehensive and included not only implementing the data structure in Business Central, but also creating an API for integration with the DILA website, setting up and sending SMS messages and emails to partners, generating printed certificate forms, and accounting for the use of bonus points.

Our development team also performs a number of ongoing works to optimize processes, refine current functionality, code management and improve user experience in Business Central.
We moved and customized the block for payments to partners and couriers for Glovo Ukraine, as well as integrated it with the core system that accepts orders from customers.
We have completed a number of custom development projects for Baumueller (Germany).
